Goal

To enhance the overall user experience of the Novo Cinemas app by addressing key pain points. This involves:

Improve Information Accessibility by providing comprehensive movie details on the “Coming Soon” page to help users make informed decisions.

Optimize Offer Visibility by repositioning payment offers to appear at a more relevant stage during the checkout process, ensuring users are aware of and can easily apply available discounts.

​

Enhance Post-Booking Guidance by introducing clear and intuitive navigation cues to guide users on where and how to access their booked tickets effortlessly.

This case study will focus on creating a seamless and intuitive user journey from discovering upcoming movies to booking and accessing tickets.
